Sad thing is it probably will, with the amount of fans saying it was a bad idea in the first place.

Treated with absolute contempt, and most of us like it that way it would seem.

I'm still going on 27 mins unless there's more sackings.
You're spot on.

And unfortunately the protest going to pains to try and cover all the problems will lead to this.

Benitez has been given far too much leeway by too many fans. He's crap and is one of the biggest problems

Brands and Barrett-Baxendale were the only two people on the board who have any clue on how to run a football club, and every one of their efforts have been blocked by Moshiri and co. The fact that they are the ones leaving the club and not the useless kopites Kenwright and Benitez shows how utter crap our ownership is, and how much our club is in danger of becoming the next Derby County.

Whether people like Benitez or not - bad recruitment & horrendous injuries have plagued us for years under numerous managers so Benitez chasing Brands and Dr Death out the door is positive for the club long term regardless of who is in the dugout.

Sometimes you have to say fair play even if you dont like the guy.
I don't like Benitez because he is a Kopite and a pathetically useless manager. Your lauding of him as a saviour of the club is very puzzling.

Knew it, from the echo "The signing of Alex Iwobi, it must also be stressed, was not on Brands. The director of football was certain the idea of signing the Arsenal man, at such a price at that late in the window, would quickly die down, but Moshiri pressed on with the signing."

think it was well known

ultimately Brands signed off on every signing though, he was still part of the problem

Blame him not fully but was part of the problem lack of fan interaction talking to dutch press, players bought in. Is plenty more at the club thst need to follow him
