We have 3 strikers, 1 injured, one on the bench (Richy) and 1 starting (Rondon) that the new manager asked for. We can't stockpile strikers for a 1 striker formation.

That is very true.

But we should have young strikers in the under 23 set up whom are deemed worthy of being given a start in these crisis situation.

That we haven’t is an indictment on our youth policy.

I don’t know if this failure comes under Brands’s job remit but if it does then he has been woeful in that area.

We don't have a back up goal keeper of required quality.

We don't have a right back of required quality

We don't have a CB partnership of required quality

We don't have a back up left back

Delph, Gbamin, Davies and Gomes either aren't available or cannot be relied upon. We don't have requisite back up to Docoure, nobody can do his job.

We have a third choice centre forward who can barely do the job.

Any injury and we are screwed and we have a lengthly list including key players.

The squad is riddled with holes is imbalanced and poorly assembled. Whoever is to blame Moshiri, Bill, Brands, any manager we have employed, they are all to blame. It's a failure of governance.
