People who refuse to do mandated press work, walk out of clubs after a matter of days because they don't get what they want, decide how much coaching staff should get paid, and refuse to deviate from what they believe to be the best way to do things even when there is overwhelming evidence that they're wrong are egotists.

Mandated press work? Who care about that?

Given how all the noise on social media has been that Moshiri wants Bielsa, and Bill wants Dyche, we are clearly getting Bielsa.

When has Moshiri let Bill or the board pick the manager? It’s always been his call, because it’s his money.

And the way it sounds Moshiri is ‘enamoured’ with the idea, he’s going to pay whatever Bielsa wants. That’s just how Billionaires work.

The people who mandate it, presumably. It’s more the idea of picking and choosing which aspects of the job you can be bothered doing to be honest. I’m pretty sure I know what the reaction would be if it came out that - for example - Alex Iwobi had decided he couldn’t be bothered doing any media stuff for the club, put it that way.
Not at all, the bloke didn't have an ego. He just has his fixed ways of doing things, a purist with almost an autistic streak, which he never diverts from. He'd prefer to lose doing things the 'right way' than change his methods. Like I said, that isn't for every club, very few in fact.
I don’t know the bloke, I’m not trying to besmirch his character or anything. From the outside it’s difficult to imagine how a football manager could do anything more egotistical than deciding that they’d found the perfect way to play football and that playing in that ‘right way’ was more important than some silly thing like actually winning games, but I get that not everybody will see it that way.

One thing for sure, Biesla left with a very strong foundation for anyone who take over. The pressing and energy level of Leeds this season is very similar a year after Bielsa left your club. His legacy is long lasting and the culture within the club is clear for all to see. Imagine Marsch taking over from Lampard and inherit a squad of lazy social media knobheads.
This is easily my favourite description of our squad

I have to be honest mate, this sounds like the final boss of my nightmares.
