Still think Sean Dyche is the best option for Everton, he knows the league and the championship which let's face it could be the future, on top of that you guys already have some players he's worked with - Mcneil, Tarkowski etc

He's the best and safest option, Bielsa is such a risk, don't have the players to play his pressing man to man game.
I definitely think we should base our manager selection on who has worked with McNeil in the past.

Positive with Bielsa is, his football was really fun to watch at Leed's, they played some brilliant stuff, but as you got further on into the season you could see the limitations it had, his whole team looked dead and out of it by GW 25+.

For Bielsa to be a success you'd need some serious investment into players he particular want's to play his style.
Only 18 games left. They’ll be fine as they haven’t put any effort in for the last 20.

I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than watch this club sink into that Sunderland rotation of stay alive until you finally don't. If it's allardyce or dyche until summer with a plan to get Bielsa or someone in this summer i'd suffer through it. nothing longer than that.

Marche said that the players were physically destroyed when he got there.

They’d have defibs on standby for our shower.

If any other manager comes in the Everton we have witnessed over the past few years would look the same imo, Bielsa would at least give us a different identity, would that be enough? I say yes

It also doesn't help the fact you have 7 days left in the window, so if he did come in you'd be spending some serious dough to get him atleast some players he wants.

Average players nowadays cost 30/40m minimum.

From Leeds fans on twitter..alot saying he's the type of manager who will throw a 18 year old in the first team squad to see if he sinks or swim. He's also obsessed with coaching and will practice stuff like set pieces 20 times until they get it right.
That is 20 times more than we do now.

Getting players fit and practicing stuff like football between games. The guys a genius- hire him right up.
