Dyche would hardly be enamoured to take the job now if the Bielsa talks fail. They can sort terms surely, but the way it's going Bielsa may postpone a final decision until after the window closes.

Promises about what might get done on deadline day are worth nothing unless the player(s) are wearing the shirt.

Either that, or he just takes the job being much less optimistic about keeping us up and they plan for next season in The Championship as the most likely outcome.

No matter who gets it, their hands are tied without a couple of signings.

….be in no doubt Dyche would walk down the M6 over broken glass to take charge of Everton if Bielsa talks fail. Hopefully neither are in the running.

I don't know enough about Leeds defenders to be absolutely certain but I'm pretty sure they had some carthorses at the back when we played them. So not sure on the truth of this sentiment.

I've been banging this drum. These lot are no quicker than ours. If he insists on pacey players he wasn't telling his own recruitment team. A few pacey wingers but very little at the back or in centre mid.
