The sad thing is I cant see any sort of long term plan from the Director Of Football. Bielsa style of play is nothing like Lampard. So now we are back to getting any manager who we think might get us out of the mess we are in.

Our team trying to play 3-3-1-3 (or some variation of) in Bielsas style of fast short passing football would get destroyed. lack of discipline, lack of pace, and overall lack of ability. We need someone who is going to make us hard to beat. Play in a way that makes chances to score. Bielsa nearly got leeds relegated, he is another one of these managers who just has one style, irrespective of opposition, irrespective of his own squads short comings. No thanks.
