When you think about it a manager that got relegated and sacked by Watford for underperforming was hardly a wise appointment.

Hired off the back of a good run of form it seems. Moshiri wanted him in November 2017 and seemed to have been fixated on the idea of him managing us.

Very very strange appointment.

Remember when we appointed Howard Kendall , he took time to get it right and just a flukey win changed history , lets give Marco time.

I wouldn’t know, the defence looks ropey in open play let alone set pieces.

I just feel we have poor options presently when you consider the defences across the league, we have a below average defence.

Imagine we had kept Sam and he turned us into a Super Bolton, dominating the EPL and destroying all-comers in the Champions League with his unique brand of football!

You can ramble on and on about booting Silva out, but you have to provide in the same breathe who you would hope to realistically get at this stage of the season and if a realistic replacement is really available and willing to come, what that fella could do with this awful squad except maybe more motivation. So having appointed your new enthusiastic motivator, do you give the new man a short contract or a 3 year one and sack him next season? Sack Silva and we have a vacancy. Fill it and not with names grabbed from the internet. I have no answer except stick this season out.

You actually would have been happy with Allardyce for another 12 months. BFS is a one trick pony proven over many years and tries to convince the fans that we are sh!te and he is doing a good job considering.

Of course, better a one trick pony then a zero trick fraud.

Anyone who plays the stability card when talking about Silva should of been saying saying the same at the end of last season.

This is a big concern, but I don’t know enough personally about the merits of zonal vs man marking to argue about this point.

Fair enough if you do, but some top coaches prefer zonal others man marking. The players have been given instructions and evidiently can’t cope - just changing to man marking won’t fix the problem, surely? Otherwise he would tweak that.

It's not about what system he uses for me. Both can work. It's the fact we are awful at what we are trying to do. He can use either but it has to be 10x better. The sensible option is to try something else and not repeat the same mistakes.

Richarlison and Del are much the same player.

Come on mate. Richarlison hasn’t been in great form recently but he’s a far better prospect than Del, who will never rise above the Watford level.
