No director of Football in the entire world co-coach the first team. It’s just disrespectful to do so. He may layout the development of the youth setup and oversee the recruitment of first team squad but it’s not his responsibility for him to babysit a first team coach.

Its not about forward planning, we simply didnt have the money to buy a Striker, its really that simple.

Dont beleive that for one moment.

The squad is not good enough simple as that...

We have one of the weakest strike force in the premiership...

We have a lot of players who are just not good enough & need moving on...

This is a transition season where Silva needs to rebuild & make his mark on this squad...

We must give him time to do this & not keep calling for his head after some poor performances...

Whether they are his players or not, he's been here long enough working with these players that there should be some plan or strategy in place by now, alas we just look all over the gaff, the manager has to take massive responsibility for that, and I can't see things changing anytime soon.

Yes I agree it has been poor...

However Silva is trying a different approach, which will take longer to transform...

Whether he can complete this transformation will depend on his ability as a coach, we will have to wait & see...

But he must be given time to do all this as it will not evolve overnight...
