I would only get rid if we have another candidate lined up ready to go. That includes in the summer as well.

Not saying he’s the man to take us forward because that’s looking increasingly unlikely, but I honestly can’t be arsed with another shitshow akin to when we sacked Koeman, spiralled into a panic and appointed Allardyce because nobody else wanted the job.

The crowd won’t want to give them the three points obviously but if I am honest with you, outside of Tom Davies, JohnJoe, Baines and Seamus I can’t see the rest of them fretting too much if the RS win the league.
Well thanks for that, I was pinning all my hopes on us stopping them winning the league and then you just come in with something sensible and realistic. :(

Only way we have a shot against them is new manager bounce if you ask me. We are getting thrashed if things remain the same.

Oddly enough I do agree with @Jreverton1 on this one and that we have a chance.

I think the occasion will get to the RS and that will be a great leveller.

And our players ought to have enough pride to try and get the Anfield fiasco out of their system.

You mean like Marco Silva? This is what he is, lets bin the fool off and see if Brands has a plan and the conections we hope he has

You can have all the connections you like, if it doesn't smell right or the manager doesn't feel the time is right you're not getting your man. We simply cannot have a repeat of previous sacking when the replacement was not there to come in. I don't feel Moshiri has the stomach or the intention to throw in more loans, and I doubt he would risk his own cash directly. His most recent comments are that he's spent £250m to turn us from a museum to a competitive outfit. We would need another £250m and I don't see that coming and wouldn't like to owe him half a billion, which is what a stadium would cost. None of it makes sense really.

Just wrote a massive in depth post then deleted it all... after realising I just CBA to waste any more time on this.

He's here until Summer, probably longer, and we need to somehow lift the negative gloom from the club. Hopefully we'll react when the weather improves... Or something... I don't know.

Incidentally, did a league predictor thing and we should just be fine, even with just draws against Newcastle, Burnley and one other.

So we're sacking Silva to beat the rs with a new manager bounce, have you heard yourselves. Is that what we are now? Makes me cry sometimes.

Screw the rs and their lucky football. How about we concentrate on us? So busy patting ourselves on the back for letting city have three points we are in danger of forgetting what we are here for.

That's not the reason I want him gone. I was just saying that might help us in that particular fixture. The reason I want him sacked is that I see no progress. Building for the long term is fine but if you are building on sand what are you building towards? And worse I see a lack of the basics and an inability to turn around a bad run, we are dropping like a stone. Ignore it all you like but that's the record. Imagine this he's here next season and we are bottom half and go on another of these runs?! There will be no coming back. He's utterly lost me the last month.

To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if we have enough points already.

Certainly the bottom two won’t be overtaking us.

Any decent up and coming manager wouldn't want to come here in that instance. This is why Allardyce gets the big cash.

There would be plenty of coaches applying its a premier league job. I wanted a long term project too I wanted to get behind Silva, but at some stage you have to accept he's the wrong man. We are in a spiral downwards. What have we seen in months that suggests he's anything more than a bottom half manager?! What in his record suggests he can halt a bad run? Because Hull and Watford show you what he is.

We limp to 40 points and do you really back Silva to improve us next season? Because I don't. We can blame the holes in the squad and its a good point but he could have Messi up front and Baresi at the back but it wouldn't change what he is a streaky coach with fundamental flaws and utter naivety.
