Going from what Poch and Plop were doing in their first year in charge, think it's safe to expect terrific wins and terrific losses this season, in another season or two the Silva model should be well on track though given money to spend and patience from the fan base...2020 is when he should be judged....
If I'm being honest though, I kind of love him already, he's honest, hardworking, affable and the players seem to like playing for him.
He's got my vote !!

You are correct that this would be a dull place as an echo chamber, but cant agree with the Moyes shout. All managers have a shelf life. I fear that Moyes is past his sell by date.

I'm of the same opinion mate. I loved David Moyes for where he took Everton to but I thought when he left it had gone a bit stale and boring at the club.
Although I wished him look at Manchester United as well I didn't think he would succeed.
