At least half our issues stem entirely from having no real midfield and no control over a game whatsoever. It's a mess. This is because we have only one midfielder who can pass, and Sigurdsson spends his time up by the striker leaving a massive hole, AND we don't have a target man for the ball to stick to up top.

How are players making the wrong decision the managers fault?
Problem with his fanbase is they let their agendas take control, honesty believe they would rather we lose so they can be proving right than the team win.
A good manager has a improvement curve that will be gradual from day one. I see non of that. I’m judging him from the first day he took over and nothing impressive to be honest. It had be constant straight line stagnant development and I refuse to believe he can’t do better with the players he has now. Like I say lots of basic non existent.
Why is it not? At this day and age, every movement every performance capture on video. A manager job is to pay attention to details and improve them as time goes by using video and his tactical knowledge. Decision is the ability to understand tactics and implementation. 100% manager input in training.

Played the same way at Watford they started well and then got found out
Played the same way here and even some of the wins could of gone the other way.
He needs to change his style or get out, the people asking him to have another season are the same people that said tosun will come good this season.
His type of tactics only work with teams that dominate posession, he hasn't figured out that he can't do that here.

If we had a proper striker then I would agree that richarlison should be on the left but DCL is not even close to being the level required.
Sigurdsson is a great player, albeit he has a poor first half today, and our problem isn’t him. At all.
