Im starting to loose all faith now. We really do look like a team in free fall at the moment, and nothing Silva is saying or doing makes me think he’s the right man to arrest it. I hope he is, if he gets us playing like we did earlyer in the season, theres still hope, but cant really see it happening now.

We have to stick with him or player power wins again. There needs to be at least 12 players moved on between this window and the summer, then 4-6 new faces brought in by Silva and Brands. I would then give him until this exact point next season and assess. If we are still languishing midtable then it is fair to look elsewhere.
