Honest question though what has this guy done? I don't know much or anything about him before he went to Hull? Anything good that could sway me?

He turned Niasse from a player laughed at by academy lads and laughed at by us whilst warming up, into the player who scored a winner against the rs for Hull and who has basically saved us from two home losses and has now become a fan favourite

He took Cleverley - a similar figure of fun here and has gotten him playing very well and at the centre of that Watford side


Those for me are two very big plus points, the best managers improve players - it looks like under him players improve

I like him, but he's got 'flavour of the month' written all over him. He may prove to be a top manager but our predicament isn't worth the risk.

Tom Huddlestone got worse and I don't want Oumar Niasse to be our main striker for very much longer.

Spurs put 7 past him last year, City 6, Chelsea 4. His team have massive holes right through the middle, a bit like bobby, couple that with the fact the our defensive problems and it could be a perfect storm of failure.

No but stop bringing facts into it. Unless you want unzee or big Seany dyche then you're simply being swayed by a foreign sounding name and everyone knows foreigners can't scrap like wot we can do he'll get us relegated for sure.

Niasse admits Silva is destined for big things as a manager.

“He’s a good person, and when you are a good person life smiles at you,” Niasse said.

“For me, he can be a big manager. He’s already very good but I think he can manage one of the big clubs.

“He’s done it in Portugal, Greece and now he’s started to prove himself in England.

“It’s a pressurised environment but he’s made some good improvements to the team and he’s going to keep getting better. He has a great energy about him.”

Personally I prefer Wagner if you're looking at hip foreign managers. His efforts with Huddersfield over the past 2 years considering wage bill and squad are off the scale.

I honestly have no idea mate. No matter who we get I feel they have more negatives than positives so it will be impossible to please the entire fanbase on this one I think.
