I think Ye will go back for Kenny jackett. And I believe Rafael still lives on Merseyside. With Newcastle being up for sale - would make complete sense to me.
He's a no mark like yer club.

Didn't think you that old, C x
'You' are on a four match losing run? I'm not Watford pal. I work for an executive recruitment agency- I'm telling you if Watford say no, and are prepared to keep paying his contract, he can't work for another club. It's not restraint of trade as he is employed and being paid.
Do you have many Premier League Managers in your executive employment stable mate?'You' are on a four match losing run? I'm not Watford pal. I mentioned Southampton in the match thread. They have a tough run of fixtures, and were hopeless today, I think they could be in real trouble, much like West Brom (who have a nightmare run).
Watford look ok. Either they need to get Silva signed up to a new Contract on much better money and get him happy, or cut their losses, get very handsome compensation (up to 12 million) and look to get a manager in while they are around the middle of the table.
If they start playing silly and trying to make us wait 2-3 weeks that could be 4-6 games down the line, with a squad who throw the towel in when managers are going. They could well have the same result, possibly having to sack a manager, and their ability to recruit one will be severely hampered.
I'd like Silva in Asap but whether it's Monday it 2-3 weeks it will make little difference. He won't improve that much until he can get some lads in in January. We will pick up points under Unsworth, not loads but enough to get us away from the bottom 3. Watford are playing a very dangerous game.
You think Watford are playing a very dangerous game? Because they won’t just cut their losses after 11 games into a new season, with perhaps no replacement lined up? If that’s a dangerous game, what game are we playing?
Do you need reminding we’re the club who sacked our manager on the 22nd of October without a proper first choice candidate lined up? We obviously never expected things to go this bad so soon, but the summer has left us in a mess and our board aren’t helping to fix the issue. Maybe we did approach him earlier than reported but it looks like we messed around in the international break and eventually settled on Silva as our prime candidate, perhaps when Moshiri had a reality check and realised that Simeone wasn’t coming. The fact is you can try and spin the narrative anyway you want but Watford are actually playing this sensibly and will probably milk us dry or rebuff us altogether until they have a replacement in waiting. That’s totally fair and understandable.
We have four league fixtures before the derby, all of which we should normally attempting to win- at a minimum given how poor we are 8 points would probably be acceptable. You say Unsworth will pick up points, but where exactly? I don’t see us beating either Southampton or West Ham in our next two league games. The busy period is upon us and we look totally bereft of ideas. We’re the ones under pressure to sort out stuff out, not Watford. We’re desperate and they know it.

If (and big if) Watford let him go (I'm afraid I read no more into yesterday's presser than 'I would be interested but I would need my bosses' blessing, if not, happy to stay'), then you can be absolutely certain there will be watertight no poaching clauses.
