Do you know we have 60 players (mainly South Americans) on our books scouted via the famous Pozzo network out on loan to various clubs throughout the world - much like the Chelsea model. Nah mate firm foundations are well in place at Watford.
If you had a glut of injuries could you for example obtain work permits for chuco Hernandez or penaranda.

Well why you soiling your pants over your manager wanting to leave ?

Saying 'fact' doesn't make it a fact. Silva is under contract. There is no release clause in that contract (many sources). If the Pozzos keep to their side of the contract (paying him) then he cannot leave. He can resign, but they can refuse to release him. Those are all the facts you need.

He can take them to court though. There is no precendent for such a case, though all previous cases of managerial appointments mean you either:
a) Pay a release clause
b) Pay the full value of Contract
c) Make an offer lower than the full value to settle.

It is not wholly unreasonable to think Silva would win a case that that compensation x 3 the value of his contract is not unreasonable. The courts tend to always side on people's right to sell employment. No guarantees of course but Watford taking a big chance.

More pertinently, you are on a 4 game losing run. And As we keep saying have history of your players turning it in when they know a manager might be off. I think it would be very risky to keep a manager there over the next few weeks to prove a point. How does that really benefit Watford?
