Think about every manager where an approach has been made by a club and cash offered.

Every time a fee is agreed or the manager resigns and then the club accept the money.

I very much doubt we have approached Watford, leaked the story to the press...made 2 or 3 offers...only to not have tapped him up.

Were hardly likely to be making bids for him with the risk of him rejecting us once a bid is accepted are we?

Could you be any more rattled little lad. We treat your puny club with nothing by contempt because you don’t even register to us. Please keep spouting about “dignity” and “respect” as this feeds us. Maybe even throw in the old “I used to think you were sound but now I prefer Liverpool” because we’ve never heard any of that before ;)​

Yes, melt. You're coming on an Everton forum acting like your team is on the level of United or something. We are a bigger club than you, fact. I'd say there's more chance of you guys getting Pulis after we take Silva.

Lad,don’t take this personally since it’s directed against all you southern types who have infected this thread but why bother? I mean we’re all just fans we don’t have any real control over who our clubs decide to approach or appoint as manager, all we have is opinions.
Is your life so empty of meaning that you need to fill the empty hours typing belligerent, insulting missives on another clubs forum? Do yourself a favour , step away from the computer, go out and and engage in traditional southerner pastimes like abusing some refugees or homeless people , or the unemployed or whatever else you Tory scum find amusing, and give us break.

That would be every transfer ever mate. We can speak to agents can we not and they can communicate back and forth, we just can't communicate directly with Silva. Not to say it hasn't happened btw but it is usually done through the agents who have obviously let us know he's interested.

Treating us with such contempt that you have struggled to take our manager off us in the 3 weeks most of you seem to think you’ve been after him? Utter contempt that.
