That would be every transfer ever mate. We can speak to agents can we not and they can communicate back and forth, we just can't communicate directly with Silva. Not to say it hasn't happened btw but it is usually done through the agents who have obviously let us know he's interested.

Then lets say weve only spoken with his agent...

What happens if he says he wants to leave, Watford allow us to speak with him and then we change our minds...
