Who gives a toss about tapping up, everyone else does it and no one else cares about it. Long story short, if we tapped him up then we get our man and a little slap on the wrist from the FAThen thats tapping up...and if you have evidence to support that happened, then you can bet our club would have it as well.

This is my point. I don't think there is a figure. As the scope is anywhere between £10m-£30m and we simply don't need that money. Everyone has a price but the price range of compensation seemingly doesn't make it tempting at all for us to accept. Should that range be bigger, you'd have more chance IMO.
Naive. We haven't tapped him up tho... we've approached the owners which is the entirely legal way of doing it

More naivety.Tbh, I actually would rather he stay for this reason. There's enough money in the Prem for smaller teams to stand up to bigger ones unless the player/manager's head 'gets turned'. I'd like to think that any manager we'd be interested in wouldn't want to jump ship that quickly...
This ^^
As a fan of WFC, wheres your evidence of £15m being enough out of interest? We bought Andre Gray for £18m - so I strongly doubt £15m is enough. We can't report you for tapping up if you haven't done it. Watford's statements are nothing as we haven't made any. I agree Silva is open to the move as he has had ample chance to dismiss it and isn't doing so. What's been heavily reported is we have said 'not at any cost' to you. How that constitutes there being an acceptable figure I don't understand? And we have shown today that he will get on with the job with us until told otherwise. He may be open to a move - but I don't see him actively angling for it.

Remember clean sheets? Those halcyon days.
So no evidence then of your claims. Shock.Just pipe down and hand that manager of yours over.
How are your strikers doing?HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Let’s not even get started on “Don’t let your son go down on me”.Elton John is a former chairman of Watford
"I Guess That's Why They Call It the Blues" is a song he wrote.
Let us look at the lyrics in depth.
Is this actually acceptable?
And I guess that's why they call it the flashing blue lights in my rear view mirror, more like.
Leave them quickly Marco. Very dangerous club. Elton tried to warn us.
