Ideally I’d like someone cool and calm who will put in the work with the players off the pitch. You get the best out of them, then you are in business.

I watched the Watford game today and in their players that’s what I saw. Everyone knew their job, they played for each other, and won.

I’d love to see that from our current squad. It would get that feeling back. It would be great to watch regardless of what could be achieved.

Someone needs to come in and sort this mess.
