This saga reminds me of the summer signing of Gylfi Sigurðsson. Everyone gets caught in the drama, it drags on, everyone wishing it gets across the finishing line, but no one can rationally can explain why we are after him.

Hull were three points from safety when he joined. They finished 6 points from safety. He has had a good start with Watford, however, I'm not convinced we should be having a long term view based on this.
He is a gamble mate.

I'm happy with us taking a gamble over a more assured allardyce /dyche appointment. He could come good In a big way, he might fail and he might be a Martinez. However what he can do is get a team playing properly and has an eye for a player which is best we can hope for

The club also won six of their total nine wins in the league under Marco Silva.

You've also got to keep in mind with in his first month at Hull their board sold Livermore & Snodgrass, the club also had to deal without Ryan Mason after he fractured his scull.

Even though I am looking for any hope right now mate, the whole big sam crap ruined bookie watching for me....

at 1/9 on for the job I thought it meant it was done and dusted... and I would be watching some other team until he left.

...I know Chaz. I still think the market is an indicator, though, not least because you’d think the odds on the eventual appointment will tumble in the final hours. I imagine the odds-on for Allardyce was a reaction to either contact or very strong rumour. I know I heard from somebody in the club that Allardyce was imminent although the same source has been unreliable in the past.

Not sure what happened with LVG yesterday. Assume there was either some contact to gauge interest or a blag rumour that sent people clambering for a bet at big odds. I don’t think it takes much to move this market. I had a pint on Saturday and heard Brendan Rodgers rumours were circulating north of the border.

The bookies aren’t daft, though. As soon as something looks like happening they’ll pull up the drawbridge on the current odds.

since moshiri has arrived we have regressed as a club, spent millions on dross, split the fan base and become managerless at a critical stage of the season.

there are no words

just as I thought we were going bigtime, we become MORE of a laughing stock.

only at Everton
Ahhhh shataaaap you big cry baby. We took steps in the right direction & will continue to do so. It'll take time but it's the intent that counts.

Just let it all be over and done with.......

I was saying, at the ground for the Atalanta game and in the dugout for the weekend...

I may, just may have been over estimating how arsed we are about actually having a full time permanent EFC manager.
