..no news, one way or the other suggests to me that there’s plenty going on behind the scenes at Watford FC. It would only take a statement from Silva to say he’s staying, it would only take a statement from Silva to say he wants to leave. I suspect he wants to do this right rather than be seen to force a move.

Clubs are so hypocritical when they appoint someone down their pecking order.

Everyone including the new manager are usually busy telling anyone who will listen that he was always our first choice.
