I'm amazed anyone would bother responding to a watford fan. I can maybe understand Southampton with the koeman thing but watford have always been a joke of a club.

Would have take silva 3 seconds max to weigh up his options on this one.

I will say this though, the fact we're still even talking about this suggests that the Watford board are prepared to let it happen if we grease their palms with enough cheddar

They could have ended this weeks ago if they wanted to. He's under a year contract at the end of the day, I'm sure he's not impatient to move on. They could have just said "No thanks, he's not moving" and I'm sure he would have just shrugged and said "No bother, I'll wait till the summer"

However, they don't appear to be doing that here

If I was a Watford supporter, that fact would trouble me and that's what I would be focusing my discontent on. Not Everton being interested but the Watford board letting it drag on like this
