They built Granada a new €8.5m training ground, loaned them 4 players for the season. Not their fault the owners decided not to buy new players and get in a whole squad consisting of loanees. They had plenty of time!

Good for him, but Arsenal operate differently to the Pozzos. The Pozzos operate a carefully planned operation that consists of buying/selling players for profit - reinvesting that money in even more players. That system is not designed to win leagues. Udinese fans know that (but know they're stable), Watford fans know that and are happy with what they've done for the club and how bright our future looks. The Pozzos know football inside out, trying to say otherwise just comes across as being salty.

My club is everything to me though ... So tell your owner that next time No means No! ... that or I will haunt these boards forever

Udinese are not Watford.

Amazingly this seemed to irritate Watford fans when I mentioned it last Monday.

Just to answer your question clearly, what you have missed is Watford and Udinese are not the same team at all and never have been.

I have never doubted Pozzos knowledge just that their record is far from being unenviable.

Your position is they are expert traders. Maybe that's the case. Tom Cleverley for 9.5 million may say otherwise like.

Your Club is the Skem of the south lad. It’s a poxy little backwater, rat hole that people only pass through to get to the big smoke.

You’ve achieved nothing of note, not once. The highlight of your history came when we give you a day out at Wembley.

Cleverley has been superb for us and looks a bargain. The sheer turnover of players means there's always going to be some duds (I can name at least 15 from their time in charge with us) but on the whole their scouting system is ridiculously good and has thrown out many bargains over the years who have been sold to much bigger clubs for fantastic returns.

The list of players they've discovered is mental: Alexis Sanchez, Juan Cuadrado, Inler, Di Natale, Piotr Zielinski (Napoli), Mauricio Isla, Samir Handanovic, Mehdi Benatia, Oliver Bierhoff, Allan (Napoli), Ighalo, Bruno Fernandes (now ripping things up at Sporting), Roberto Pererya.

Then for Watford they looked to have carried it on. Doucoure for less than £6m is an absolute steal, same with Chalobah, Richarlison etc

They've put three small clubs on the map, grown them and made them all profitable ... And are continuing to do so in ours and Udineses' case. FFS We were being run by a crook in a three sided ground with a sloping pitch and administrators knocking on the door when the Pozzo's took over and even if they left us tomorrow their legacy would still be greater than Elton John's.

And of course I wonder what Tom is worth now? £12 - 15m, easy.

C'mon Groucho, it was a valid reply (although a little overboard I agree), Udinese have qualified for Europe several times as I'm sure we will in time. Our owners deserve some credit, that's all.

Anyway although I gave up following EFC as a kid I'd still take you lot over the RS all day long, some things just can't be helped.

Good luck with whoever you get but tell your fans to get over the idea that EFC can just walk in and ruin our season ... not this year anyway, it ain't happening.
