I want Marco Silva to be our next Manager, but whilst his Hull/Watford record is causing issue for some, look at what he's done outside the Premier League.
I don't think either are suitable, to be quite honest. Perhaps someone like Villas Boas would be a more left field and interesting choiceEvery team he manages he fills with aging players who get relegated in the 24 months after Sam's flying visit ends. Safe???

I'd say he did terrible as his team got relegated. But if that's the qualities of a manager you want then good luck with that.
If he wont "agitate" for a move then to me he doesn't want to be considered then.
This has made me like him a bit more too.

One way of looking at it.Difference between the two.
He can want to come to Everton (Which he evidently does otherwise we wouldnt have approached Watford) but not want to make himself look awful by forcing his way out of the Club.
I think if WE had cast the recruitment net a little wider we would have found better. To name but a few:-
1. Marcelo Gallardo - won everything in Argentina and South America with River. Great style of play, forward/revolutionary tactician and all the top Italaian and spanish clubs are sniffing around him...he is ready to move to Europe.
2. Paulo Fonseca - Great experience in Portugal and then with Shaktar winning trophies and accolades for coaching ability in both countries. He's fed up with life in Ukraine (who wouldn't be) and is looking for a move
3. Lucien Favre - won trophies in Switzerland and was voted manager of the year in Germany for 5 years running when he managed Herta and BMG.
Great tactician and coach
I also quite like the guy at Wolves Espirito Santo - I like the way he has got them playing and I think they will be an interesting team to watch next year when they get promoted to the PL.
