This isn't a dip in form. This is a gruesome crash, and it's not going to get better with a manager who the players know isn't invested in the club's long term ambitions.
Silva needs to be removed as soon as possible. We should have taken Everton's money, and got somebody half decent in to keep the ship steady. Keeping him, when everyone knows he'd rather be elsewhere, has poisoned this team and made us a distorted shadow of what we were before Everton came calling.

Gino has made a massive mistake in turning down 10 mil from Everton for our rancid little snake of a coach. The players look like they’ve downed tools because they obviously don’t buy into him anymore . We’re in free fall, at this rate Silva will have another relegation on his CV
I know I am firmly in the minority when slagging Silva off but I’ve been banging on most of the season about my concerns on his coaching methods. He ain’t no where near as good as he thinks he is. In my opinion, the sooner he’s gone from Watford the better. Arrogant little ****.
