I'm really hoping Brands is just appeasing Moshiri by saying all the right things about silva, then at the last minute pull out his own trump card and we will forget all about us flirting with a relegation type manager.

Let's hope so, I have no idea who would be good at the moment as other teams are grabbing up everyone currently available and guys like Conte will not come here. There is a worry about his defensive organisation but perhaps Brands can be the difference between Martinez and our possible new incumbent. Most supporters would like a strong defence and a fluid atta king approach. We will just have to wait and see who is brought in and who leaves during the window....couldbe a huge pointer to the style we adopt next season
