People talk about giving him Leicester and Liverpool away, but then replacing him for Chelsea. Do you really think they'll give a new coach only 2 days to get in for Chelsea?
To be honest it's not difficult to pick a starting eleven at present due to injuries and players off form, the back five almost picks itself and any new manager just watching the last few games on video should be able to pick a midfield and attack that's a bit more mobile and more structured

Half of this is Silva’s fault, there’s no doubt about that. He’s not good enough, though I firmly believe he’s a decent bloke who has tried his best.

One thing however has remained the same over the last 3-5 years and that isn’t the manager, it’s a core of players who are spineless, passionless, or who are simply nowhere near good enough. We’ve overpaid for some bang average players and it’s hurting us now. There are plenty of culprits. The likes of Keane, Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson, Walcott, Tosun, Niasse, Sandro, and Bolasie shouldn’t be getting near our squad if we want to be pushing top 6. Gylfi was a player I liked a lot once upon a time, but I’ve been disgusted by what I’ve seen this season, hiding in plain sight when we need him most. The wages we’re giving this lot to not give a crap is criminal.

Marco will undoubtedly be changed, but I hope Brands is absolutely ruthless offloading this lot in the summer or we’re likely to see history repeat itself. I’m angrier with these overpaid weapons than Marco.

This is what i mean, Moyes was indeed a yoyo for the first few years and sometimes it was a case of Kenwright just sticking by him and showing him loyalty.

He was 39 when he took over and rebuilt the squad over many years. Silva turned 42 in July and he and Brands are also rebuilding.

Poch i think finished 10th at the beginning as well.

Ive seen some really dire results and some shocking football over the years and maybe im more patient than most.

For me, i do look at the weird decisions he makes and wonder but at the same time were only 4 months into the season. Ive seen a lot of turnarounds over the years and with the backing of £££ in Jan i think he will get the players in we need.

I like Silva but if we could attract Gallardo or another proven winner at that top level id change him.

But sometimes you need to show some loyalty and patience to build something...

Mate, this clown will take us down, he is totally out of his depth, we have been horrible to watch except for a period last season and the Wolves game this season.

He hasn’t got a clue what his best team is, and he cannot get the best out of the players he has.

He has to go!
