You know what I'd love to see from Silva? ANGER! I know it's a bit late in the day, but he should rip these players to shreds and send them out on the field with their ears ringing. Everybody needs a good bollocking sometime.

Now whether the players could even care less is another matter... some of this lot have seen off how many managers?

I said the same thing about the
Brighton VAR collapse. He should have just gone to down on the FA, stuff the fine, but make your point he/we won’t stand for it. But no, “we must respect the referees & their decisions”. Even if they are wrong?!! Being nice in this league won’t get anyone anywhere

It’s his job to get them playing mate. You have to ask why about 15 football pros are not playing well together. I guarantee you if they played for pep or klopp next week they’d all be brilliant

Yes indeed but history tells us that these dire slumps will occur each year if we retain Silva. Even if he does turn it around, he needs to go the very moment an attainable upgrade is identified.

You get rid of a player that doesn't play, an ex chairman with no influence and someone who is slowly getting phased out and you will effect the sum total of FA in terms of winning things.

Has nothing to do with Moyes, Baines, Coleman or Kenwright.

This is a whole new squad most of which never played under Moyes. They are just not playing well. At their best they could be decent, but it's an average squad that's underperforming because of Silva not Moyes mate.

This team has had Knife to a gun fight mentality for over a decade, they lose any big game. They chocked every single time. Can’t beat RS at all. If you can’t see there a serial mentality issue at this club then how do you explain any time there any pressure they lose?

We are the masters at "How not to sack a manager". I thought we had hit a low when we sacked one without having a replacement but this sacking one on instalments is a new low.

He tries more than Koeman, Allardyce or Martinez did but he really needs to do more of it. He did the right thing dropping Sigurdsson earlier in the season, but didn’t seem to trust himself to keep doing it even though Iwobi is clearly better than him.
