However I toss and turn are current situation, I keep coming back to the same thing; it’s the players I’m angry at, not Marco. I don’t think Marco is up to it, but I know he tries. Can’t say the same about the players.

Oh no, it is absolutely Silva's fault that Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson and Tosun are starting football matches. None of these players should be anywhere near a football pitch.

I don't think the ability of the players that we have is the major issue. There certainly are areas of the squad that are weaker than others and I do believe that we do need a real team leader but in general I think we have a lot of talented players who are not used to get the best out of them and I feel are low in confidence and morale.
A few good results under Marco or more likely somebody else would have these players looking far better than they do now.

Didn't watch it, but I feel it only supports my point that he is an extremely limited footballer who has, through good coaching and management, made the absolute most of his gifts.

Fair enough, judging a player is down to the individual. I find that all our players have fatal flaws that contribute to us being rubbish.

Yes, he is good in Klopp's system, he can run a lot and close players down. That's the point, Klopp's system gets the best out of Henderson, but put Henderson into City's team and he'll look lost.
