I dont care if we spend a fortune getting him in, just cut back on the monopoly spending culture we have had in the last couple of years.
I'm spotting a slight flaw in your logic here...

Or he sneaks a draw or nicks a win.
Form goes out of the window for a derby we know this.
Literally nobody calls it the MSD.
Almost as bad as saying "Lets hope Silva gets Kean dressed for this one!"
I see a manager practically waiting for the chop and they wont end his misery.Didn’t we hire a director of football to take these kind of decisions out of the hands of fools like Moshiri Kenwright and DBB? What’s he done so far to manage this mess?
Yeah, and lose what's comi gto him in his contract. Smart move. He’s not here against his will mate, he’s getting paid a hefty fee to perform his duties.
He’s free to walk whenever he wants.
6-3He may as well just go for it.
His only remote chance of keeping job is winning.
Were not going to win sitting back.
Just go for it, give the players the freedom to attack there full backs and pray.
Our model is to let a clueless owener who knows f.a. about football back seat drive; employing woefully inadequate people around him he can by-pass.The traditional 'Vote of Confidence' would be horrible though - I expect something sophisticated and powerful.
If 4 successive managers can't take this big next step up (From safe top 8 to top 4/6 then definitely we have a problem with our club's culture or executive/ top level organisation.
We won't get anything sophisticated though, as we can now see more and more evidence of how badly our club is run, but I was hoping DBB and Brands would be taking over more and not leaving it to Moshiri and Kenwright. Kenwright - Ferguson - Jeffers - Unsworth represent this old fashioned thing of bringing in ex-players just to create a cosy, family environment, and there must be loads of people behind the scenes like this, and Brands represents a more forward thinking approach to what we might do in the future. It seems even more clear now that the four of them - Kenwright, Moshiri, BarrettBaxendale & Brands all have a very different approah and it may be causing tension.
Shot in the dark based on nothing, but if we're not improving, and there are no statements then what do we do?
Leicester - apart from their freak title win - are a good model, so are Tottenham (Up to the end of last season), and even Atletico Madrid, Red Bull clubs. Put aside the clubs with massive income, and we have some really good models for how you can grow in the modern era.
Going nowhere
Marco is ours
Anyone raising money for a plane yet?
I decree today that football’s simply losing and not winning,
Marco is ours,
He oversees bummings.

He's our Jesus Gil or Sam Hammam.
But ask bill kenwright why and he will spit in your eye
