It's why we don't complete seriously and havent done for decades. Compare and contrast with successful clubs. You can be all those things you mention but they shouldn't be the priority in this business. And if they are, well, this is what you get.

Sacking someone professionally without making them wait and deal with public speculation, doesn't have a single negative effect on the club whatsoever

If anything it makes it harder to attract good managers the way we're doing it because they'll see it and think it makes us look like a bloody clown show

I wouldn't have left him hanging whilst all this speculation is going on in the press

I would have pulled him aside, thanked him and then told him he was sacked

I wouldn't have dragged it out and I certainly wouldn't have let him stay in a job this long when he's clearly been a dead man walking for weeks

His last home game We got battered by a mark Hughes nearly relegated side and he refused to come out during the end of the season parade thing
