Why do people keep thinking a new manager means going back to square one?
We have a DOF now - his job is to sign the players and pick the system.
We dont have managers anymore we employ head coaches.
Marco Silva is head coach not a manager.
Sacking Silva 'should' not change anything but the actual coaching/tactics/motivational work and formation/player selection of the new head coach.
Completely different situation to when we sacked Koeman and Alladyce

It messed us up.......from December 2 to February 26. A better manager may have let it mess him up for one week, not two and a half months!
You listed some important things he could do. The question is will he? As of yet he hasn't shown he has a plan b (or if he does, he doesn't want to use it) nor does he run out the same side regardless if it's home and away. Play your best 11 no matter the ground.
My opinion is biased so I apologize Matty. Only Silva I wanted Everton to sign was David and he had no interest in coming here.

Since I was getting married that day I didn't give a toss one way or another. But our home form, except for Martinez, has always been good. Sticking by a manager who averages ONE point per match away is generally pretty stupid for a club that is trying to break in to the upper echelons.
And genuinely no idea why you would reference the Wolves match AT HOME when I literally referenced his inability to win away from home.
