I also find it really weird that people say Moshiri(and////Usmanov) would be OK with this. They haven't spent £400m to be AVERAGE. You don't spend money on finishing in the most irrelevant position possible. If you want to make money on being average be 15th. Don't need to spend that much and you are safe mostly every year. You spend £400m because you DEMAND BETTER than what you currently are.

Mourinho come here? He'd need assurances he was getting in the region of £400m to spend to transform the squad. So far under Moshiri we've ended up with Koeman, Allardyce and Silva. Why do you think we're getting a world class manager next time?
