PickfordIf we were playing our best 11 football players, the formation would need to be like that.
Coleman - Keane - Mina - Digne
Delph------Gomes
Bernard-----------------------------------Iwobi
Richarlison------Kean
So classic Brazil then?

His tactics away from home are ridiculously naïve - the guys a complete fraud ..
Is it? If so, I am all for it!So classic Brazil then?
he's such a home manager, don't get how you can get it so right at home and so bad away from home, it's like he thinks you can play the same both home and away when you clearly cant, just look at his last half dozen aways
Bournemouth- 1-3, shocking, absolutely shocking
Villa 0-2, again absolutely appalling against a team who had lost 20 in a row or something
Palace 0-0, without their only good player, awful
spurs 2-2, not to bad like but they h\d already finished top 4 and had a CL final a week later I'd say they wasn't that arsed
palace 0-0, final throw of the dice to finish in the top 7 dashed by this
Fulham 0-2, we didn't just lose we got battered by a relegated team
not having the "he's only been here 12 months" stuff, he's been here long enough to set up differently away from home
still think there is a good manager in there but it's been an awful start to the season minus a half decent performance against wolves
I think him not being that arsed about mixing it up is because he gets his millions regardless of whether we win, lose or draw. In fact, he'll get more millions by doing a bad job, as we'll pay him off and he can walk into another job immediately. It'd mean more work and effort on his behalf to train our players to play to a different system, so why bother? It's not as if Silva's tactics away from home haven't worked out over a period of just a few games, it's over a load of games, and Silva just keeps plodding on playing the same way, a good manager would clock after a few games that it's not going to work and try something different, worrying from Silva.

I think his major problem is the lack of goals in the side. He feels like he has to shoehorn Sigurdsson in to the detriment of the team because he's more of a goal threat than our strikers. I'm not saying he's right to do it, but I can understand why he does. It's not as if Silva's tactics away from home haven't worked out over a period of just a few games, it's over a load of games, and Silva just keeps plodding on playing the same way, a good manager would clock after a few games that it's not going to work and try something different, worrying from Silva.
Bitta blinding? Simply lovelyYer ma.
Got in her eyes and everything.
Sick to death of him tbh. 3 transfer windows, 2 pre-seasons, 43 premier league matches, several cup games and we still have zero consistency, a disgraceful away record, a team that is capable of playing decent and then subsequently playing like uninterested amateurs who show more passion doing rally calls after embarrassments than playing football, a Manager who still doesn't seem to have a plan a, never mind plan b and we are 11th in the table after a run of games at the start of the season to die for.
Things need to change and improve as fast as possible even though it is very unlikely and maybe even impossible. He is really just doing what he has always done in this league and in reality it is us and Everton's hierarchy who are wanting and 'expecting' him to do something he hasn't ever before done in this league.
