Thing is mate, that’s the story of his career here. The man doesn’t know how to change games tactically. If nothing is working he usually resorts to like for like subs with same formation or just lobs a load of attacking players on at the expense of everything else.

Simply put the man is not a good manager.

He had done nothing of note before he come here. Absolutely nothing. He’s done absolutely nothing here to convinced me he has the qualities to guide a team to a top 6 finish in the premier league.

I don’t think he and Martinez played the same style, but he has certainly been very Roberto this season in every regard. Every time he has spoken to the press as of late, he sounds delusional like Roberto.

He uses possession as a defense for wasteful “attacking” football. We don’t look dangerous whatsoever. Our counter attacking prowess hasn’t even been that good this season either. We have lost our identity after one summer.

Our spending (wasting) of money is rightly brought up a lot now in the media. We haven’t spent hundreds of millions for these results and performances.

Instead of blowing a huge wad on more sub standard squad players in January, Moshiri needs to use the money to bring a proper manager to Goodison. Has to be Mourinho.

I am sick of Silva. I am sick of thinking today is the day things start to click into place and we start to play. We are deluding ourselves. I see Silva has never won once we go behind, that tells me he has no Plan B. Any manager who doesn't have a Plan B to change things when Plan A isn't working is a poor manager. Unfortunately we have now discovered that he has no Plan A either.
I would sack Silva tonight and go on bended knee to Moyes to steady the ship and use the rest of the season to look for a manager for the future.
