i remember under the fat man that our CF was always isolated

I also remember the majority of the games this season that our striker has been totally isolated

the only difference is the bit in between.The Fat man hoofed it were as Silvas team aimlessly pass it around before throwing a pointless cross in to a cf who has no support

We all KNOW what the manager and these players can do.

We know that he could equally lose all 4 games though because his bad runs are insanely long and can last over 2 months.

Best way to salvage this season is to replace Silva immediately. All we are doing is delaying the inevitable and ruining any hopes we have of salvaging something.

We've not progressed much under Silva and demonstrated continually that while we are capable of some good play, we also consistently repeat the same mistakes and fail repeatedly to demonstrate the guile/determination to win against teams that exploit those mistakes.

The same problems about consistency are still rearing their heads this year.

The City defence will get the blame. City have never had a very strong defence as they don't need one as much as other teams because they are always on the front foot. It is credit to us to have that many shots yet it will be belittled by the few because 'City have a bad defence'.

I’d suggest we get a manager that is proactive and has a way of playing and isn’t scared to implement that, no matter who he upsets. Also hasn’t come from a mid table premier league club
