Silva's mentality - never change a losing side, tactics or formation..
We do the same when he have found a similar winning formula when playing TV games.

WE AD MORE CHANCES ON GOAL AGAINST PEP DAN ANYWUNE ELSE HAS EVA AD DOH"
hate a good portion of our fanbase - wish I could magic them and Kenwright to the Wirral and keep em there.
That's it mate, we're going into games now not knowing what to expect.
United,Chelsea,Arsenal? What’s that got to do with how useless our manager is?United, Chelsea, Arsenal....
Mr Bean would be better than we have, seriously we do need to look elsewhere as it’s clear to see silva is not going to take us anywhere near to where we want to be. I’d be quite happy for us to start with ex players managing us, at least they have a affection for Everton also hopefully would give youth more of a change. Arteta unsworth combination? some may laugh but who has Arteta been working with, probably the best manager of recent times. Unsworth had his little stint (which if nothing else was good experience) and he knows the youth side better than anyone, I like how he gave Baningame a chance and the boy did perform quite well, we need more of that, It could work you know.Agree again. In fairness, I wouldn’t know who to appoint, short of Mourinho, who wouldn’t touch us with a barge pole, which manager with the clout we need could we get?

This is a very fickle league. you CANNOT afford to have these types of stretches every year if we want ANY chance at progressing.
Yes, we know what the manager and the team can do. Unfortunately, that runs both ways.
Agreed. Don't think we were that bad at all today. Which makes the matches against Sheffield United, Bournemouth, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace so absolutely awful.Honestly, I don't even think he got much wrong today. City are just very good.
Tactically I think we did well.
But again, it's his lack of proactivity with subs that is killing us, though.
At 1-1 there was a platform to build on. As soon as Schneiderlin gets that yellow (which he needed to do, btw. It was the right tackle to make) he should have been off. He should have chucked Davies on and tried to push us up. Instead, he waits.
Please. Ex-Everton is Blue Bill all over.
