Mr Bean would be better than we have, seriously we do need to look elsewhere as it’s clear to see silva is not going to take us anywhere near to where we want to be. I’d be quite happy for us to start with ex players managing us, at least they have a affection for Everton also hopefully would give youth more of a change. Arteta unsworth combination? some may laugh but who has Arteta been working with, probably the best manager of recent times. Unsworth had his little stint (which if nothing else was good experience) and he knows the youth side better than anyone, I like how he gave Baningame a chance and the boy did perform quite well, we need more of that, It could work you know.

Burnley is a must-win, unfortunately. We have to beat them or we are in trouble.
'Trouble' may not be a relegation fight. However people are spinning it this is nowhere near as bad as Koeman or late stage Martinez. You can see the players are working and have a plan, but unfortunately that's all they have - one plan.
