A comparison from where we are now and where we were this time last season basically says everything that is needed to know. Gone backwards
in everything i.e points, position and goal difference and we have had 2 transfer windows since then and an easier start this season than last season. Just no excuses at all. It isnt good enough and the guy doesnt deserve any more of our time. Has got to go no matter what happens now imo.

We know that he could equally lose all 4 games though because his bad runs are insanely long and can last over 2 months.

Best way to salvage this season is to replace Silva immediately. All we are doing is delaying the inevitable and ruining any hopes we have of salvaging something.

I think the problem is, we don't really know. We've not progressed much under Silva and demonstrated continually that while we are capable of some good play, we also consistently repeat the same mistakes and fail repeatedly to demonstrate the guile/determination to win against teams that exploit those mistakes.

The same problems about consistency are still rearing their heads this year.

We were far worse in ou poor run last season.

The players believe in him, so all this talk of replacing him is for the birds.

Yes, we need some wins. We'll get them.
