He didn’t torpedo the rotting core of Schneiderlin and Siggurdson. He can’t be surprised if the same thing happens to him as happened to the last 3 managers who trusted these two. Both championship chumps who have hamstrung several Everton teams now and will end up getting 4 managers fired.

I'm not persuaded by kneejerk ideas and unfounded assumptions. Many of Everton's problems have been embedded through poor transfer deals prior to Silva's arrival.

If he was being sacked it would of been yesterday.

We only played 8 games, still 90 points to play for.

Don’t think we can afford to sack yet another manager plus staff and then pay compo to another club for there manager and staff.

Having said that if we lose the WestHam and Watford games I don’t think they have much choice

Could be classed as panic , or could be classed as pro active seeing as we are still in both cups at the moment. Also gives the new manager a free season with his players and will be better positioned to know what changes he needs in the summer.

Yeh I know the season is still in its nascent but it's one of those scenarios for me where I'm looking at last season as a whole + the start of this. For the majority of Silva's regime we have been TERRIBLE and right now when I watch them it's not like I'm thinking "that looks good, that could click and work". Literally nothing happening on the pitch looks to be promising.
