The key to Everton's success is to get their transfer targets spot on in a succession of transfer windows
Isn't that the key to EVERY aspiring teams success?!

Every team tries to get their transfer targets spot on, by definition. Getting the right players who will perform, make an immediate impact, improve over time & increase their transfer value, should they be sold, is a business model every club wants to work to.

Getting that anywhere right is the difficult bit.

You should not hope tho mate we as fans just want some success, if that’s with him or without him
This man won't bring us success, He's already fluffing with one of the most if not the most talented squad I've witnessed since I've supported this club which is since the Walter Smith hell spell.
Winning against West Ham won't change my mind, He's put us in relegation places with some of the easiest opening fixtures you can get, I've lost all interest in the club until he goes. He doesn't inspire me he doesn't get me motivated. Sheff United and Burnley have absolutely done me.

Sunderland just sacked their manager because the club is only in sixth and their board have deemed it way below expectations for their club. No "we'll wait a few more games", nothing. Gone.

They've lost 2 in 11 games this season! The club have looked at the league and want promotion this season and are not prepared to let the club drop any further behind the leaders.

We're Everton, we've spent hundreds of millions and are in the relegation zone with an embarrassment of a manager. Why isn't he sacked?

Ole and Poch will be gone before this idiot, that run at the end of last season that counted for nothing has gone onto work against us as it handed him time, serious clubs such as Chelsea bin managers off left right and center when its time to move on, no wonder they can compete while we cant

Whilst I want him sacked I will add I think that's a stupid decision by Sunderland.

On reflection its defo the correct decision to keep him, at least till the end of the season as long as we dont fall below our current placing, I mean if we were to hit rock bottom in the next few weeks there is still 30 games of the season left, plenty of time to recover.

Starting again would be a terrible thing at this point of the season, lets see where we are Jan/Feb and take it from there, if we are still in the bottom 3, well that would be the time to panic really, not after 8 games.

the board making yet more ludicrous decisions ..

this time the whole of Goodison will be letting them know just what they think of their decision to keep him on.

it will be toxic , esp if the inevitable happens and we get beat ...

they are basically chucking him to the lions
