Last week we could all see the massive difference. This week we're a goal up and they caved in after a terrible refereeing decision.

We're not a million miles away from getting a run going.

IMO he has to win on Tuesday and follow up with a good peformance and result against Spurs. If he does that he gets 3 wins in 4 games and that's ok.

Let's see what happens in this next 8 days.

I feel like we are so far from getting a run together. If you can't win an away game then your whole season is going to be stop start. Throw in the fact we still have the big 6 to play home and away (as well as Leicester) and there are plenty of reasons to be depressed.

why people think the subs at 70 helped team score the goal and take the lead? there is no correlation, before the subs there would be Richy there where DCL got the ball and we should still score. How can you put Delph on while 1-1, mindless as seen after it was 2-2, we didn't create anything

We would probably win this game at home against Brighton even with VAR against us.

Things happen in games.

Fair enough it was a ludicrous turn of events today but even then you would accept a point and move on.

We got nothing and there was an inevitability about it.

We caved in mentally after the penalty and this is the problem time and again.

Players looking to Silva for inspiration in looking to overcome difficult circumstances are only seeing what we see - a manager who increasingly can't set us up to get anything away from home and has practically no answer to going behind, save for today when that still meant we got nothing.

what’s far more likely is another run of defeats and he knows that is more like the truth.

He is fishing for bites as usual, seems to enjoy these occasions.

Yet two points off relegation. We are closer to 18th. Much closer.

We are but we're not that far from where we expect this team to be. We shouldn't be two points off relegation (not that we will get relegated) and that lies with the manager, but all I'm saying is we shouldn't appoint the next person because we're two points above the drop with three quarters of the season to go. We should appoint them because they are aligned with the bigger picture that the club has.

Silva showed his lack of nous tactically again though Dave with the Sigurdsson and Delph substitutions, at times it was like watching a Sunday league game where everyone is all over the gaff, at one point I literally didn't know how we were supposed to be set - up.

The amount of awful games we’ve had during his tenure is unreal. Koeman was sacked for much less.

He needs to be going before the Watford game. He loses that and he’s gone anyway, so we might as well keep our season alive now by sacking him before it.
