I have been calling for his removal for some time and I do believe that it is still inevitable in the coming weeks and months.

However, I think it is only right that we should be fair .
I thought the team he picked yesterday was well picked and well balanced. I thought the players tried hard and it is clear they are still playing for the manager.
Spurs are going through their own rough period but last season we lost to them at home 6-2.

I would question why it took so long to get Holgate and Davies into the team and Schneiderlin and Sigurdsson out.

Wright and Shearer saying we should have had 2 penalties.

Not sure how the manager is getting so much stick when its quite clear that weve been screwed over in the last games against spurs and brighton.

You see every club in this league has decisions go against them (its not some conspiracy against EFC) however most other clubs with our ambitions have gotten enough points on the board to allow for unlucky games like yesterday.

The current fella hasnt though - he's cocked up games against Villa, Bournemouth, Sheffield Utd, Brighton, Palace, Burnley therefore these games become must wins to get points on the board.

Its astounding how anyone can back him at this point. If his name was Sam Alladyce I guarantee you wouldnt be backing him right now.

The really sad thing about this is that if Everton are basing his continued employment on a per game basis (which does seem to be the case), then the clubs troubles go a lot deeper than a poor manager (which i think most fans know anyway tbh). It is an extremely poor and incompetent way of running a business and football club. A professionally ran club would have already known he wasn't the right man to take us forward several weeks ago and would have proactively constructed a plan which included actively looking for the next manager and whether we win, draw or lose future games would be irrelevant. The plug would be pulled as soon as the right man has been found.

That could still be the case with Everton tbf but i very much doubt it with these amateurs. Only have to look at our recent history to know we are in react and not have a clue what we are doing mode. Everton Football club are in a sorry state of affairs all round.

He either is the right man or he isn't and with 11 points in 11 games, sitting 4th from bottom and having appalling records that include never coming from behind to win a game in his entire tenure at Everton, he very obviously is not the right man and never could be no matter how many games we win in the future.

He’s a deadman walking just think the club don’t want to get rid without an immediate replacement

If the idiots had any clue about football their would have been looking for a replacement weeks ago but that looks like it didn't happen.

He should have been sacked after the Sheffield United game for me. Nothing he has done since has offered any encouragement to say that he’s got what it takes.

He may change the players from time to time, but the formation never does. I seen the team news yesterday and knew, even though it looks like he was going 4-3-3, it would be the same formation as usual , and same pattern of play.
