I will get pin down real quick if I bring out Harry Rednapp as a potential candidate.

At least he did some good stuff with a talented spurs team few seasons back. But at the same time, he'll turn our finance into Leeds Utd.

How about Klinsmann or Van Basten?

Shouldn't be under immediate threat. If he lifts silverware this year it's obviously the most successful season we've had in 2 decades so we have to be patient. No improvement however, and it would be hard to justify giving him a fourth season.

Out Out OutOutOut

- 5 wins in 17 this season, 15 wins out of the last 51 games. Not good enough.
- Tim Howard obsession, when he's cost us at least 10+ points already this season and doesn't command his defence or fill anyone with confidence.
- Places guaranteed for his favourites - Howard, Baines, Barry, Kone, regardless of terrible form or replacements doing well when they're out injured.
- Bombs you out when you mysteriously upset him - Mirallas, Naismith.
- Signs players on new deals in the summer then doesn't play them - Mirallas, Lennon
- Only a Plan A and nothing else. Only one way of playing.
- Team not fit, tire dreadfully in every second half, especially last 4 games.
- Dithers over subs and makes them too late in games.
- Calvary charge when we've already blown the game.
- Doesn't know how to manage a game, reacts poorly when pegged back or losing.
- Tactically inept, doesn't get the best out of players.
- Horrendously uninspiring half time teamtalker.

We will win nothing & do nothing with the combination of Howard in goal and Martinez as manager. Europe through the league is totally out of the question.

I was in the out camp last season and wanted 3 things to happen for me to change my mind

1. Better style of play. TICK. Can't fault it at the moment.
2. Stop picking favorites. Howard still in and Baines straight back in proves he still does this.
3. 60+ points. Can't judge this yet but going on early points tally then it looks like we'll be short.

So going on the above I should want him out but no. The reason being is Moyes is there, jobless and would walk straight back in.

The fact that we are split again this season must prove he is getting some things wrong.

Go watch some USMNT footage from this year and check yourself before you wreck yourself mate. The man is tactically clueless.

It's very frustrating how close to being great that we've got to, and don't seem to be able to finish the job.

Is it a mental block? Is it Tim Howard? Is it the manager? I don't know.
