He's a nice guy n that. He just doesn't cut it to Manage us in my opinion. This squad could go places with a better manager. Sad thing is Unless there's revolt we are stuck with Martinez as the clowns who run us won't touch him Aslong as he keeps us a float.

Tough one for me, I think if this team clicks it's gonna be unstoppable. Certain things have to change though.

We are playing much better than last year 100% results just aren't following.

I suppose in all reality, things just aren't good enough. Just not sure I'm willing to put all the blame at the managers feet just yet.

I love the attacking style, if you're going to play that way though the defensive unit has to be rock solid and ours isn't. Is that the managers fault? Are we playing a style our players are not capable of playing? Earning 60k+ a week, I'd like to think top end footballers could play this.
Major Frustration here, but keeping an objective head at the moment.

finding him wasn't hard, signing him probably was but my granny could have told you he was a good striker before he signed.
She could also tell you to start Gerry and Mirallas in the same side and switch out howard for Joel.

Isn't the manager several are suggesting take over from Martinez the same manager who thought Lukaku couldn't cut it in the Premier League, and ditched probably the most effective wide player in the Prem this season because he didn't track back?
