A pay raise probably.

Bobby's are pretty big (brown) shoes to fill. Like you, I live in hope that Stonesy and Hatch can repeat the highs of those halcyon Martinez years, but I refuse to build my hopes up too much.However, in Capt Jags we have the on-field leadership to entertain the notion of a 'return to glory', so some furtive optimism still flickers.I hope Silva is our next Martinez.

I'd like him to go a few steps further:
Not bottling fourth to some absolute carts after making up a ridiculous gap
Not bottling two semi-finals in one season
But that's just me D, yenno.
Winning it would be an amazing over-achievement. SFs would be fantastic for Belgium. QFs is an acceptable stage to reach as long as it's ended by a close game against a team like Brazil.
Basically, if Belgium get past Japan as expected Roberto has reached the point where he was supposed to with a squad after one year in charge.
@Armel
If we flirt with 4th this season Silva will be a miracle worker.
Respect.What does he win for that?

The coward's way out didn't suit Roberto. Turnip Southgate's way.In all honesty, had Martinez got Englands side of the draw (as he should have done for winning the group) it's hard not to se them in the final. They'd have a very decent chance of winning it too.

I think Silva's cut from the same cloth as RM and he'll go for it. This will be a breath of fresh air after Koeman and Allardyce. We can at least dream again about a season when we can get 65+ points.As many points as it takes to return to Europe please and thank you
yeah takes a real genius to beat panama, tunisia and japan and england's reserves
I really struggle with that decision @Armel how do they this this in belg
