3 times LMA Manager of the Year, ahead of Wenger and only one behind Ferguson, to Roberto's, erm ..... nil, zero, zilch. ;) Voted by his fellow managers not by some has been pundit trying desperately to create a talking point.
 
International management suits Roberto - his strength is instilling belief in players which works for short stints but not over the grind of a difficult season. Having other top quality managers coach the playing discipline into players week in week out is perfect for international managers.
