Sorry but he’s just not very good. I’m not saying he never will be but for now he’s way off the level we’re looking for. He’s weak, can’t pass, prone to getting drawn into physical battles he can’t win, and his positioning his suspect. Basically people have hugely overrated him because they couldn’t differentiate between ‘someone with pace’ being useful in our back line last year and holgate being our best defender.

Yep that big fella they had up front was knocking him all over the shop, needs to build his physicality, similar with Davies,gets swatted off the ball like a fly!!
