Would like to see him getting game time and be around the first team.. heck.. he’s a better defender than DCL is an attacker.. he showed enough 2 seasons ago to get Regular time..

How's it daft? 10m is a great fee for us for a kid who hasn't progressed at all in a couple of seasons.

£10m is bugger all these days, and I believe there’s a good player in there with the right amount of one to one coaching

Because:
- Covers two positions
- Lowish wages
- Well integrated in the squad
- Good top-level, usually gives a good performances imo.
- Will accept being 4th choice CB/2nd choice RB.
- English, homegrown?

But if we:
1) Sign a proper DR
2) Sign a proper DC
3) Puts him on par with Gibson in terms of readiness
4) Get a decent offer (Mings 25mill, so should command at least 15mill for Holgate)

then fair enough, we could consider it.
But i would keep, I really like him, and you cant have 25 superstars in your squad

Sell for sure, the list of clubs interested shows his standard, no problems with Mason, sure he is trying, but just not good enough

He needs a proper run of games in one position. He wont be getting that here.

Once a player who has been a regular in the first team squad goes out on loan for any length of time he is pretty much done for his parent club.

I don’t thinks he’s that bad a player and has had runs in the team when we kept conservative clean sheets. I think 15m isn’t to much to ask for when you see the prices players are moving for

He's a good player imo but I don't see Silva giving him any minutes at all, I really wish we would just use him as RB, I think he looks fine there.
I'd be surprised if we sell so late because then we would need to get two center backs in.

Not sure how he is versatile when he is poor as a right back and poor as a centre back. Being versatile is actually playing two positions very well, such as Richarlison. Not good enough, I'd sell at 10m.
