His concentration levels have ranged from poor to absolutely pathetic.

His standard and the level he can achieve was shown against the rs away. He was tremendous because he was 100% switched on all game.

Yesterday was the "norm" judging by a lot of his performances. Villa, Spurs, yesterday.....clusters of games where he's nowhere near an acceptable level.

I think it's pertinent to remember that footballers, as well as everyone else, are all going through this COVID world as well. People like Mase could just be completely distracted at times, might have lost people, change to routine with no fans etc. This is a weird season for everyone and wouldn't be surprised if that's why he's playing nowhere like he was last season.

Dreadfully poor, though we can't afford to write-off him off and devalue what we might get for him in the short-term.

He does need to sit out the remaining games though.

Sit them out and have a think about why he has become a liability.

I'm just frustrated that he is still turning inside and hitting these poor underhit backpasses or square balls. Surely you learn from your mistakes and try something else?

One of his key strengths is being calm under pressure and confidence. I'd assume playing training games for a year have done for his form

Infuriating has shown in big games he can defend properly and use his strengths,but he doesn’t learn from his mistakes,way way to casual in possession ,loses it on vital areas ,I can’t work him out

Mason Holgate has four years left on his contract but, apparently, Everton are willing to listen to offers for the lad this summer.
