I'm just frustrated that he is still turning inside and hitting these poor underhit backpasses or square balls. Surely you learn from your mistakes and try something else?

We probably shouldn't be trying to play out from the back in the peeing down rain anyway.

His concentration levels have ranged from poor to absolutely pathetic.

His standard and the level he can achieve was shown against the rs away. He was tremendous because he was 100% switched on all game.

Yesterday was the "norm" judging by a lot of his performances. Villa, Spurs, yesterday.....clusters of games where he's nowhere near an acceptable level.

Unfortunately I think you're bang on. His level has fallen dramatically since last year and I can't help but think that something isn't right between the ears. What a shame because up until this season I think he's shown some talent.

Sort of reminds me of the Jelavic interview a while back. He was speaking about when his form fell off a cliff for us. Said nothing majorly changed except his attitude. He didn't exert himself as much in training and then poof, before he knew it he just wasn't able to keep up anymore.

I had high hopes for him but I think he needs a fresh start and we could get decent money for him

If someone comes in with a decent bid for him I would take it. However if its really low I would rather keep him as 4th choice CB. Not being a regular would maybe make him look at his game. I think he became complacent when he became first choice. Time on the sidelines will give him time to think why am I not playing. Of we are to improve as a team we need to bring in a new CB to partner Godfrey and then for me it's Holgate and one of Keane and Mina as back up. However as I say at the top if a decent bid came in Holgate would be the one to go.

Sell for me. Doubtful even as a squad player. I genuinely believe he has a concentration and even attitude problem from watching him play.Has not progressed. Limited ability wise. Would be happy to sell, replace and move on.
